Mostly nice people but the experience was ruined by the ICT Project Delivery Branch.
The good thingsGood superannuation rate.
The challengesPoor ICT maturity, and excuses made using this rather than improving.
ICT Project Delivery have poor performance, delivering solutions that need major rework. Their Project Management contractors also lock the company into contracts with vendors that prevent industry best practices from being applied to solutions.

The challengesDisparity of offices and difficult without a private car to go between offices as pool cars limited. Similar disparity difficulties to develop working relationships
