    Overall the experience was an eye opener. They seem to go through employees like a production line. I would have seen no less than 15 people quit in my 2 years being employed. However I did work with some technicians and middle managers who were really knowledgeable and good people.
    The good thingsThe only good thing about the place was scheduling your own work.
    The challengesThe challenges were many. - Not being listened to by upper management on ideas or things that need to changed. - Unachievable goals set by management in regards to productivity. - Poor workplace culture, stemming from head office and filtering it’s way down through the company. - The expectations of management for you, as a service technician to play multiple roles such as admin, storeman and delivery driver but also meet your KPI’s as a technician. - outdated systems for logging jobs etc.
