Amazing environment to work under but company needs to revaluate employee market rates.
The good thingsThe warehouse staff and Manager are great people to work with. I have Rav as a Supervisor, amazing guy, looks after his Staff. Then had Shavneel as an Manager he also is an amazing manager who knows what he's doing and great with people too.
The challengesLack of Staff, sometimes customer service ask for unreasonable deliveries. They don't understand how things work.
