the "challenge" box isn't big enough to describe working here
The good thingsgoing home after shifts is always nice? You will also be paid. There is also like 2 maybe 3 nice managers you've worked with before, as in, they wont make fun of you to your face, and they don't ignore you when you talk.
The challengesYou'll recieve little to no training, and will be punished for the little training you recieve, you *will* be requesting training on everything, and over half the time they'll say "no" or "not right now" anyways. The "in" group is a major issue at this store. The shifts you will recieve are scarse at best, maybe 3 in a month if you're lucky, and they're "always looking for new people". You will hear your co-workers and managers making fun of you behind you back, and sometimes even to your face. You will often be stuck waiting to ask a manager that is ignoring you a question, as you're doing the job of the people who are too busy gossiping rather than working. The cleanliness standards are also a concern, including broken things in store, that you will bring up to a manager, and they'll dismiss you. Your shifts will randomly be taken off of you, and when you don't show up for the shift, you'll get in trouble, you can also expect to have your shifts cut by several hours while working.
