Help is a Queensland-based social enterprise helping people with disability lead fulfilling and independent lives. Over the past 50+ years, we’ve created an integrated network of services to provide people with disability the essentials, routine, and stretch they seek in life. Whether it’s employment, learning, living arrangements, community involvement, or anything else in between – we work alongside people to help them achieve the things they set out to. We do this with the help of our social enterprise businesses, organisational partnerships, and DES and NDIS service streams. We like to think of it as an ecosystem of opportunity. Help is part of the IntoWork Group.

    Will remember my experience fondly!
The good thingsLoved working alongside supported employees, coaches and the history of all that Help as achieved. It was an amazing opportunity to make a real, tangible difference in people’s lives. At the time I was there, ELT/SLT were all there for the right reasons and had personal connections to our mission.
The challengesDisconnected systems meant spending extra time on admin that could’ve been better supporting others.

No financial gain= they do not care.
The good thingsThe success that you can lead your clients in to is certainly a perk.
The challengesI could not recommend anyone to work here. The management only care if they are making money, they do not support their staff unless you are doing something fraudulent. They are a DES organisation, but do not support their employees if they have a disability. Their goal is to find clients employment and to negotiate terms with employers, but they themselves as an employer do not support their own staff in nessecary work modifications, to keep staff employed, happy/ healthy. Long story short, if there is no financial gain, they do not care.
