Constantly having to fix faults in the cheap Chinese made equipment that the company sells.

The good thingsI was allowed a good amount of autonomy in my role. The customers were mostly friendly and apreciative when their broken equipment was got working.

The challengesAbsolutely no training when I started in this role. I was basically left to fend for myself. Not a lot of direction from management or other staff.

The good thingsNo need to overtime. You will be out of the office 5 on the dot. Annual salary increase, EOFY bonus, and christmas gift cards. Boss was really nice too.
