Worst experience. I learned very good lesson for life.
    The good thingsCaring resident, environment
The challengesI absolutely agree on what others review on this facility. Just show off on what they are not. Very toxic facilities. Management are nice snake. Be careful everyone. They show you they are helping but actually they don’t care.

HammondCare at that facility, don’t care, unless you’re identified as being their “Team member”.
The good thingsIt was a pleasure to care for the residents, staff and families. The Model of care is wonderful.
The challengesToxic Management that favour certain staff, they do not listen to concerns raised. Preference is given for young inexperienced Clinical staff, that don’t ask questions or advocate for others. Therefore, no career advancement and continual negative feedback. Rosters not displayed 2 weeks in advance. They don’t ensure care staff or trainers have any formal certification.
