Unappreciated and my experience is being wasted. Only apply if you like cleaning
    The good thingsClients, they're wonderful.
The challengesSchedules are not consistent. No longer carers, we are now glorified cleaners, with 80% - 90% of daily tasks being cleaning. Too many lazy staff who get away with doing as little as possible. Reporting isn't taken seriously. Clients don't get their preferred SC, although they're told they will, but it never happens. Can never get through to "support". Was a fantastic company to work for, now, just biding my time until I can find another job.

A supportive workplace with meaningful care, but room for growth in staffing and system
The good thingsColleagues often go out of their way to help each other, which creates a positive environment.
The challengesSupportive and values-driven workplace where teamwork and compassion make the work rewarding. I’ve appreciated the sense of purpose, learning opportunities, and occasional flexibility that help with balance.
