Constantly fixing others’ mistakes, concerns dismissed, felt unsupported; would not recommend.
The good thingsCompetitive salary and km reimbursement
The challengesThere was a lack of clear policies and structure, which made it hard to feel confident and supported in the role. Processes were often unclear or none in place, which affected consistency across the team. I had concerns about billing and client charging practices, and senior leadership seemed to have limited NDIS compliance experience and oversight. When I raised concerns about feeling unsupported, the conversations sometimes felt personal rather than focused on solutions. Questions about ethics or procedures — especially from non-clinical staff — were not always well received.

Do not work there. Toxic and unhelpful people and management
The good thingsBrisbane culture was good.
The challengesFew bad people but had no support from senior management. Bad people were allowed to do basically what they wanted from support of senior management in NSW. TOXIC environment with no support. The meetings were not conducted professionally. Back chat about old management and slander. There was no training with everything being will show you later. Had to learn systems on my own and had people in NSW sales team Helping me to navigate systems.

-The only good thing Brightsky has to offer is a 4 day work week. This has no value if management can't really and truely support their staff - if you are neurodiverse, you will struggle in this workplace. -Workplace adjustments are not discussed or provided for staff with a disability.
The good things- 4 day work week - tax benefits
The challenges- management and leadership - highly toxic, and management is full of double standards - lack of support to staff that are neurodiverse - did not feel like a safe or supportive workplace
