    It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
    The good thingsOffice morale, good people. Flexibility in hours made a massive difference for me in home life.
    The challengesMultiple owners, all with differing management styles and abilities. Situation improved greatly after bringing in independent GM, however he was let go at the same time as I was. No idea about current management.
