    Learn to love Mondays, and Sundays..
    The good thingsProduct with reputation best in industry. Multinational, expanding (acquisition) company
    The challengesEmployees struggle with workload and complexity of the what the product does, and more so, how the heck it does it via a rats nest of technologies. (American led) egotistic culture - rock n roll on one hand, but will you work extra time for no extra pay (e.g most people I asked, also worked a weekend to make some arbitrary date, usually a Monday).
