Unfortunately, my time at this company was not a happy one, id like to suggest to any prospective employees that unless you are a \"yes\" person -dont apply.
The good thingsThe company could be huge, lots of scope for mass improvement, but is stuck in a rut and wont accept change. The company has an identity crisis and is a rudderless ship.
The challengesExpectations versus reward. Management that arent open to change.
i personally felt very uncomfortable. - And ive been doing this line of work for around 20 years. Im not a \"yes man\" necessarily - due to this, my experienced views were discarded and dismissed.
