The challengesManagement have no clue what they're doing! Most have never been a driver in any capacity and think they know the job better than you do. Upper management are no better, all they care about are the numbers the drivers take out, it's a joke and very disheartening.
The nepotism is alive and rearing as well, it seems the only way to get ahead in this place is be related to someone higher up or be a suck up. It does not matter how hard you work or how good you are at the job you'll get no where if you don't suck up.
Do yourself a favour, don't try to work here, your mental health is more important than this place.
