Extremely disappointing workplace experience

The challengesExtremely disappointing workplace experience. There were ongoing issues with favouritism and double standards, with rules and expectations seemingly applied differently depending on the person.
Communication was extremely poor. Some supervisors appeared more interested in chatting among themselves than actively managing the floor, addressing issues or supporting employees.
The workplace culture was also very toxic. Basic manners, respect and appreciation seemed to be lacking, particularly among some of the more senior members. Even simple things like saying “thank you” when someone helps you.
Regularly saw people operating forklifts while wearing headphones and driving at excessive speeds, fire extinguishers being blocked or obstructed. In my experience, supervisors were aware of some of this behaviour but did not appear to take appropriate action.
People taking excessive breaks while others continued working, unfair treatment. There are far too many issues to fit into one review

The challengesmanagement have no idea, unrealistic targets, half the workers stink of sweat first thing in the morning. Long hours for minimum wage, joke of a company to work for.
