What’s it like working at Factory X?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees value their colleagues and team members, who are supportive and genuine, creating strong workplace friendships. Staff appreciate the quality brands and creative products, along with nice customers and clothing allowances. The company encourages creativity and innovation in a dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same.

However, there are some potential challenges, including upper management practices that could be more consistent and supportive, organisational structure that tends to be reactive, and training programmes that could be enhanced. The fast-paced environment involves high expectations, communication between levels could be clearer, and staff turnover is notably high. Some employees feel compensation could be more competitive.

The brand name recognition isn't worth it.
The good thingsThe people you work with
The challengesManagement was a mess. No consistency. Has the potential to be a great workplace but upper management never lets any changes take place. Pay is terrible. Claims to be an lgbt ally but the boss is vocally phobic.

    appalling, stay well away!
The good thingsI got a staff discount on clothing
The challengesTerrible management from store and area managers, really unsupportive and unkind. I was not trained at all, then shamed and penalized because I didn't do the job as they expected me to. They began to cancel my shifts, sometimes without telling me until I arrived at work. No communication about what was happening with my employment, I assume because they were under-resourced and didn't have the capacity.
