A supportive start to an environmental career with good opportunities to learn and progress.
The good thingsI came into Evolve at entry level after completing university qualifications in the environmental field. I’m gaining practical experience and can already see opportunities to move up as I build my skills. Management has been approachable and supportive about where I want to go. I read some negative reviews about management before starting, but that hasn’t been my experience at all.
The challengesComing from university into physical, hands-on work takes some adjustment, and you have to be prepared to start with the basics. However, the site experience is valuable and gives you a good grounding for progressing further and understand it takes time to learn the fundamental in-field skills that you need to compliment your university qualifications and be patient and prepared to put in the effort and learn.

The good thingsMany considerate people working on the ground and attempt to help company. Met many wonderful workers on the job.
The challengesThe office does not respect staff and offer everything but provide nothing to their people. Many false promises and lies alongside no accountability for their own actions... Unfortunate...
