What’s it like working at RPS Group?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees consistently praise the supportive and collaborative colleagues at RPS Group, highlighting the positive working environment where team members help each other. The work/life balance and flexible working arrangements are excellent, and the company culture is described as supportive, social and diverse with regular staff events. Strong female leadership is noted as particularly inspiring, and employees appreciate the diverse and challenging projects that make a meaningful difference to communities. Opportunities for growth and career progression are available, with ongoing education highly encouraged and supported.

However, there are some potential challenges to consider. Management approaches can vary across teams and locations, with communication and inclusivity differing in some areas. As a company that has grown through acquisitions, integrating different systems and processes across business units requires patience during change initiatives. The corporate structure can be complex and multi-layered, and some employees have indicated that promotion prospects and career development pathways could be clearer and more consistently implemented. The company has also undergone restructuring and change initiatives, which has presented challenges including unexpected redundancies in some cases.

Run away, as fast as you can.
The good thingsAnything good you may expect about this company and its people is a sham.
The challengesUnskilled management, executives aren't leaders. Imagine the result: not one person likes their job and there is no team spirit. A lot of churn, no wonder why. There is always an Ad up in Seek to keep the suffering in place.

    Very high attrition rate
The good thingsTeam members were really good and support each other.
The challengesSenior leadership didn't had the strategic vision on resource development. They didn't believe in developing team for updating requirements. Instead, they would let go of existing employees by isolating them and hire new one on same permanent role.
