Little focus on client outcomes and a bad track record for worker safety.
The good thingsFreedom to design your calendar and a variety of working conditions, outdoor and indoor.
The challengesClients have complex challenges and most don't want to be helped. Management are antagonistic and self-absorbed, be prepared for a lot of office politics and \"captains calls\" from management and little focus on actual client outcomes.
