    Average workplace. No sign of growth in the business.
    The good thingsThe work and sites a great. Always moving to different jobs and never stuck in the one place.
    The challengesLimited to good work colleagues. Management and structure is unorganized. Continually pushing uphill to achieve your work requirements. Managers do not take ownership and continually hand balling off to others. No opportunities in building up your career. Treated like a number.

    Like all businesses, they have their ups and downs but it's a good place to work.
    The good thingsI have seen the recent negativity in some reviews from 'allegedly' ex-employees which has annoyed me enough to post a review. I've been with company through many changes locally and across the AUS, like all companies, you have to have changes to improve. To those who have bailed as they can't embrace the way forward, good luck to you and it's a shame that out of your own failures and out of spite you try to degrade a good business and team left. No business is perfect. Yes the business has a lot going on but all positive, a new buyer, new exec and stronger leadership at the top. There will also be those that push back but hopefully they will leave too. The business is investing in improvements, has a new brand and has a great team to work with.
    The challengesThe negative people who have left the business recently and who try to continually throw mud as they weren't up to the challenge of where the business was heading.
