    Good People and Good Culture
    The good thingsWhen I started in the industry the training at Eli Lilly was really good - no other company since has come close to the quality of training I had at Eli Lilly. I am lead to believe this has changed since I left though.
    The challengesEli Lilly is a US company so some of the systems and processes can be an issue.

    The challengesAbsolutely no communication between the office and representatives, management do not believe in an open working relationship... no trust built between management and representatives !
