The good thingsI genuinely value being part of the team at Eden Academy. Hard work is recognised, management is approachable, and educators are paid well without unrealistic pressure to “exceed.” If you do your job to the best of your ability you will exceed with Eden.
After 18 years in ECEC, I truly feel Eden is working to make positive change in the industry.

Worst work experience of my life.
The good thingsI enjoyed working with the children and meeting new families.
The challengesThe Eden "Green" vibe is fake and nothing but a marketing technique to potential new employees. If you're besties with the manager or even area manager then it's all sunshine and rainbows but if you speak up about concerns, aren't one of the favourites or disagree about anything then you're shown the door.
This culture they promote is a bunch of smoke and mirrors to what truly lies behind it all and upper management do nothing about it besides thank you for your time.
This company has made me leave the industry after more than 10 years in childcare and because of this experience I'll never go back. Stay away.
