The challengesPoor structure, poor management skills, the workload is so unrealistic and the work culture is TOXIC leaving you drained at the end of the day. Micromanagement culture with no real reason why. I would never work there ever again. Pay is average to poor when you compare it to the workload.

The challengesunfortunately it all starts to go down hill the day you start your onboarding and continues to get worse. you are thrown in the deep end to fend for yourself. Management don't listen, there is a high turn over of anyone good at what they do due to poor leadership and support
