Stop, turn around, go back home and find somewhere else to work!
The good thingsSome great people, but they are stymied and chocked out by poor management. Huge revolving door.
The challengesEverything. Some Exec and Senior management treat the place like it is their own 'playground'. Leadership, from all levels, alter focus all too often. Some middle managers play people off against each other, causing confusion and resentment from the floor. Toxic environment created from exec to middle management - boys club. Don't bring up any thoughts of improvement, they can't see past their noses and think their's is the only experience needed to run the place.

It's who you know, not what you know
The good thingsIf you get a good manager, who understands the flexibility provisions in the EA, then you'll get a good run.
The challengesInconsistent application of the flexibility agreements in the EA. No internal career progression opportunities. Lack of visibility for vacant roles. Management direct appoint by choice with no EOIs for other staff to be considered.

    Average/good, many challenging times
The good thingsThe values of SEQ as a whole, other experiences within the company were great, there are some really good people scattered throughout, the flexibility with flexi time accrual and some beautiful sites
The challengesSome management and some individuals created an incredibly toxic culture of “walking on eggshells”, resistance to any change or innovation.
