    my experience within this company was great and still is.
    The good thingsas a leading hand/acting supervisor at dial a dump/bingo industries it is a challenging task in leading the crew to meet requirements and deadlines. and have gained experience over 3 years in all sorts of roles from heavy machinery to management/landfill and also good customer service. very flexible hours to work with. also safety environment another good thing is its not only recycling but you also have the experience of civil earth works with in this vicinity
    The challengesI didnt really find anything difficult. as management was always supportive.

    The good thingsThe work,the people,the bosses were very friendly I would love to work there again if I had a chance
    The challengesIt does get very hot there so the heat,with out car it was difficult to get there on time from public transport
