Awful management and an incompetent hr department. Avoid them, Keep looking ✅
The good thingsThe guys on the floor were great to work with and we got each other through the days.
The challengesawful, incompetent hr department, awful management and a culture of targeting loyal, long term employees to force them out of their jobs that was allowed to continue for years was a disgrace. Zero recognition or appreciation of years of service or employees efforts and loyalty.

Poor management, under resourced, performance pressure, lack leadership, collaboration and support.
The good thingsHonestly speaking I enjoyed nothing about working with DARACON except the challenges that I faced and learnt how to overcome on my own as there was no one to guide and support.
The challengesEverything was challenging from coordination between the employees to the works happening out on site as we were heavily under resourced and everyone was under the pressure to get things done according to the programme and yet catchup on their QA which was heavily impossible and always falling behind the KPI.
