Daifuku provide challenging and rewarding opportunities for those wishing to enter the automation space, however wages and career advancement opportunities for tradespeople appear limited.
The good thingsDiverse and reliable equipment and systems. Interesting work and Client based sites keep our days varied. Opportunities to move to other sites and many locations throughout Australia / World.
The challengesLack of preparedness and information when starting. Had to work a lot of things out myself. Limited visibility to actual programming of systems. Wages towards entry level / fresh qualified electricians - not particularly reflective of the experience and aptitude necessary for the individual to be successful / autonomous.
