What’s it like working at Creative Activation?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees appreciate the flexibility at Creative Activation, with the ability to choose when to work and manage their own hours around other commitments. The autonomy to work independently without constant supervision is valued, along with the variety of work including diverse projects and the opportunity to visit different locations. Many employees also note that management is friendly and supportive, willing to help when needed.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as pay rates being on the lower end considering the quality of work required, and work availability being inconsistent with hours varying significantly week to week. The reporting requirements can be quite detailed and time-consuming, and some employees have noted concerns with management decisions and communication. Additionally, there are limited opportunities for advancement within the organisation, and deadlines can sometimes feel tight or unrealistic.

    Not worth your effort!!
The good thingsFreedom to accept work when you want
The challengesI was paid $22.50 for the whole job. I spent 1 hour doing the actual mystery shop and then 3.5 hrs afterwards completing the very detailed report they requested including uploading photos and brochures I was given. Not including the petrol and time to get there and back (30 min). Thats around $4.00ph aprox? Thats exploitation.
