Good Colleagues, Poor leadership.
The good thingsThere was a handful of genuinely good people who made the job more enjoyable, and the role taught me a lot professionally and personally. I'm grateful for the experience and the skills I gained.
The challengesAfter four years, I left deeply disappointed by my experience. In my view, management fostered a workplace culture I found toxic, with inconsistent leadership, favouritism, and a lack of accountability. Standards often seemed to depend more on who someone was than how they performed, making the workplace frustrating and unfair.
During my time there, I formed serious concerns about how inclusive and respectful the workplace was. I felt management failed to create a culture where everyone was treated fairly and consistently.
I also experienced recurring payroll issues throughout my employment, adding unnecessary frustration. While I worked alongside genuinely kind and professional people, I felt they were often let down by management and the workplace culture. Based on my personal experience over four years, I would not recommend working here.

The good thingsNothing good about this company. Corsec is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I was offered a role but never received any induction, training, uniform, or shift details. The CEO lacks transparency and fails to take responsibility.
The challengesOffered a job but never received induction, uniform, or shift details. CEO and management ignored all communication. Reception was rude. Felt disrespected and misled from day one.
