What’s it like working at Concentrix?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees value the supportive colleagues and team environment at Concentrix, noting that team members are friendly and create an enjoyable workplace. The comprehensive initial training and support from subject matter experts are appreciated, along with the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Many staff also recognise opportunities for career growth and professional development within the organisation.

However, there are some potential challenges, including opportunities to enhance management practices and communication, as well as making ongoing training more comprehensive for complex scenarios. Some employees find performance targets demanding, and compensation is at award rates with available bonuses. Workplace dynamics can vary, and the nature of call centre work means dealing with challenging customer interactions, whilst roster flexibility may be limited initially.

You learn on the job as training just gets you an idea of what’s the account you will be dealing
The good thingsNothing good as the job is exhausting and the company does not do anything to maintain any staff in that’s is the main reason why they have constant training and new employees
The challengesBetter salary as they do get paid well due to be a contractor from the government and definitely a more straight forward and efficient training.

This is not a place you want to work. Do not risk it.
The good thingsThe recruitment process was very straightforward and those staff were very friendly
The challengesEverything else. There is no organisation. From the top down the leadership has failed. Staff are hired without enough computers or equipment to go around. The rate of recruitment indicates a really high turnover rate. The equipment that is supplied is all second hand which also indicates high turnover. There’s a reason why so many people leave. The training is inadequate for the role. What training there is was led by incompetent people who have never been taught how to actually train. The blind leading the blind. Management from team leaders up don’t appear to be qualified for the role. Many TL’s are promoted too early and too young and the wrong people are chosen. As a group there don’t seem to be many real leaders amongst them just people on a power trip looking after their friends and putting down those they don’t like regardless of ability. The culture is horrible. Leadership and trainers openly, blatantly mock both staff and customers in full view with no repercussions.
