The good thingsThe software platform platform and it's roadmap, the customers and millions of people the the business impacts every day without them even knowing.
The challengesUnderperforming people that have managers have failed to improve or manage out of the business; extremely high levels of apathy; and a weak culture that continues to be endorsed by 'moving the deckchairs' with staff and leadership appointments rather than putting in the effort to manage problems.
