Employees at Compumenn appreciate working with great people in a friendly atmosphere. They value the autonomy and independence in their roles, as well as the variety of work and opportunity to meet different people instead of being confined to an office. The flexibility and work/life balance are also seen as positives.

The team on the ground are great, upper management don't really understand the struggles.
The good thingsThe people on the ground are great.
The challengesInsufficient training, not a lot of coaching/support for new staff members. Management are quick to say if you made a mistake, but will not provide their own solutions. The team on the ground are held to a very high standard, but the pay rate does not reflect this, only management are full time, and this results in a high turnover of staff.

I got along with everyone at the company, it is early days and I am sure things will improve with the direction of the main company.
The good thingsI got along with everyone at the company, it is early days and I am sure things will improve with the direction of the main company. I would recommend this company to anyone with a positive outlook as it can be enjoyable and satisfactory place to work The good things Working with great people, unfortunately I decided to retire a little bit earlier than I would have wanted to due to family commitments.
The challengesToo many meetings which impacted the efficiency of the required service work. Collaboration with suppliers and also working for two companies at once. With two companies it feels micro managed with too many changes and bosses with an ad hoc approach.
