Quality Craftsmanship requires patience and precision. Even the simplest Coach bag requires more than 100 steps to assemble; a complex silhouette can take a day and a half to complete. Our reputation was built on attention to detail. We edge-paint every exposed piece of Coach leather for a neat artisanal finish, and still work all of our leather goods by hand.Source: This is an extract from the company's own website.

    Expectation Vs Tragic Reality
The good thingsThe staff discount. Was about the only thing worth enduring this experience.
The challengesFrom the overall support from the management to the relationships the team had, excessive expectation that you have to have been fed by a silver spoon to work here for more than 3 months. You will be separated and picked on.
