Was great experience but felt like there was unfairness in this place.
The good thingsI loved my role, being considered an integral part of the team, and also the most experienced employee in the company.
The challengesConstant false accusations by some newer team member, lots jealousy, hatred due to my vast knowledge about the operations of the plant. I can do all tasks in the plant. I have personally advised 90% in my team on how to do things right as the company expects them to do production wise, and they always say the want to work like ME. However their actions was contrary to what they say.

The good thingsDeveloping teas and working closely with team members to provide and execute solutions to maintain and improve the manufacturing processes.
The challengesEmploy external managers to add to the knowledge base rather than continuously promoting internally. I recommend a 50/50 mix of internal and external.

The good thingsGreat culture on the floor, Pays very well for trades (Pay does not out weigh the negative)
The challengesNo sense of management, the mechanical side of this place was in absolute disarray and was allowed to be. Plant runs 24/7 and management wanted the plant perfect with no planned downtime. Plants run effectively on pure reactive maintenance upon breakdowns. Fitters applying here expect to work every weekend to maintain plant on top of working Mon-Fri and early mornings, expect to walk around with nothing to do most days when the plants running.
