The good thingsFriendships, nice people in the team, residents are good
The challengesCompany management. HR is run very poorly and they are very stand overish and make lower level staff feel very small and worthless. The general vibe around the departments is of a very low moral which unfortunately rubs off onto the residents. Everyone is working scared right now.
