Profit-obsessed, toxic culture where disconnected leadership sacrifices staff for cost-cutting.
The good thingsThe coworkers were good.
The challengesI am writing this to caution prospective employees. There is a glaring disconnect between leadership and the day-to-day reality of the work. Decisions are driven entirely by top-level reports that ignore the actual operational challenges on the ground. The current strategy of aggressive, unmanaged offshoring has placed an untenable burden on the remaining onshore staff, who are expected to pick up the slack without resources or support. This has created a 'burn and churn' environment where employee well-being is consistently sacrificed for short-term cost-cutting. Furthermore, internal processes regarding compensation are obstructive. Attempts to engage in transparent discussions about career progression or pay adjustments are met with evasion. The focus is strictly on the bottom line at any cost, with little regard for the people doing the work. If you value your professional development and mental health, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
