    Overall, it was an honour to be able to work with such a great company, and I hope they are able to open more doors to success for many future hairdressers.
    The good thingsYou actually do get the benefits of working on your skills and upgrading your knowledge within the hair industry.
    The challengesLearning to manage a team, however the managers and owners do help you along to way. It all takes time to learn.

    The challengesThe management and owners are difficult and can be very dismissive f your concerns and have a unique ability to find fault in everything you do for them even when you are doing things above and beyond your pay grade.
