Good for experience, but not good working with OLD EQUIPMENT & PEOPLE who are incompetent with tech.
The good thingsOpportunities to grow if you want to.
The challengesExpected to do a lot of multi tasking, learn new things, but if you are a driver it's up to you if you want to learn or not. EBA says drivers needs to know how to batch, but it's not mandatory and some drivers refuse to comply. Everyone wants the annual pay rise mentioned in the EBA. Manager will not respond to your emails about challenges you face with staff, instead will recommend incompetent staff member for STAAR awards and give bad reference for your next job search. There is a bit of hypocrisy. You need to be a pet to succeed.
