It was great at the beginning, then management changed and ruined it.
The good thingsIt was great at the beginning, the people I worked with on a daily basis were mostly lovely. I was given opportunities to grow into a leader.
The challengesWhen I was a manager, I supported my team with anything they needed. They needed time off for family emergencies, they got it. But when I needed it, I got told I had to work because I was contacted 38 hours and had to work them no matter what. They're a company that works directly with Outreach, but when someone comes to them for help, you get nothing. It's not worth working minimum wage when they don't care about you.
