The good thingsLovely management and friendly staff early on in the week. Generous staff discount.
The challengesCertain staff members have been there far too long and overstep their boundaries with newer staff. These people think they are the managers and there is a fine line between telling newer staff what needs to be done and outright nitpicking. You will be blamed for their incompetence.
Staff are expected to work quickly and do multiple jobs at once, which leads to injury.
