    A challenging experience, with some great times during successful roll-outs and sales wins. The lack of flexibility and sky-high performance expectations were great to push myself, but doing so for 6+ years took a major toll on my health both physically

    The challengesWork life balance is an ongoing struggle, with little flexibility to work from home or move outside of the core 10 hour workday which runs from 8-6 every day and employees commonly work far greater hours outside this.
