Stressful, underappreciated with no career prospects. The good thingsThere are supportive people. If you are a Grad good to get experience for a year and leave, as will be exposed to alot of different engagements.
The challengesCompany does not care about your career progress. Seems to hire a lot of graduates, allow them to do some training, and drop them into projects with a swim or sink mentality. Do not provide laptops, need to buy your own. Any projects managed by them are pretty much underquoted and so it is very stressful for you. Project managers who do not have the technical expertise and yet constantly trying to drive and question whatever you do.
