Overall very great store to work in, however unless you move up the ranks it is not a long term position.

The good thingsGreat friendly environment, the staff discount is very generous.

The challengesBy company standards you only get 3, 3 hr shifts for training and are expected to be able to do everything alone. You don’t get a lot of shifts to live off of.

terrible, DO NOT work here if you can't take heaps of criticism on yourself and on customers by the higher ups.

The good thingsThe only good things were the customers because they were to considerate and lovely.

The challengesAlmost everything was a challenge, i was always told i was bad at what i did, and wasn't properly trained. The customers were talked about in a not a very professional way, and i even experienced ableism in the act.

The good thingsstaff discount was ok

The challengesmanagement was overbearing, two faced, hypocritical. hr was a joke and ignored numerous complaints about management. company made promises to staff then refused to honor them.
