The good thingsGreat Products, if they aren’t on back order! Some good internal stakeholders, but they won’t be there for much longer..
The challengesBD has some fantastic products that genuinely benefit hospitals, pharmacies and patient care. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
After 10 years in healthcare account management, this is the most toxic culture I have experienced. There is a constant blame culture, boys club, poor leadership, little accountability and immense pressure to sell at all costs. Management appears more focused on protecting their own positions than addressing the real issues affecting the business.
Don’t believe the hype. Great products, poor culture. Based on my experience, I would not recommend BD as an employer! If I could give a zero out of five I would have!

The good thingsI enjoyed the company when I first started but things have gone very downhill in the last few years. I enjoyed most of my colleagues.
The challengesThis company has a terrible culture, there is a lot of pressure to achieve targets that are simply unachievable. Unless you are a man, there is no career development. I've watched a lot of amazing people be managed out. The leadership team is toxic.
