    Great company for early career development and learning in engineering - high expectations and demands - preached work-lift balance but not actually achievable.
    The good thingsCSL Share Programme, largest manufacturing facility in the North-West suburbs, interesting work, job security.
    The challengesNo recognition if you show initiative or assume more responsibility. Felt little to no support from management. Management leave you out to dry if you underdeliver and take credit if you achieve or exceed your deliverables. Engineering department culture makes you feel like you're a number and expendable.

    I regret working for CSL, as it affected my mental and physical health.
    The good thingsThe work was interesting and the front-line people were genuine. Employee share scheme.
    The challengesIf I could give no stars I would have. In forty five years of continuous employment in top-notch companies, CSL was a sub-par employer. The supervision and management at both the Parkville and Broadmeadows sites was appalling, without exception, in my opinion. As an experienced HR professional, the HR at CSL was woeful.
