From what I’ve seen, most trainers found it extremely difficult to make a living.

The challengesIn my experience and that of trainers I've worked with in the last 4 years, Be Inspired has added no value to our career besides being a gatekeeper to getting placed in a gym. In this industry, rates of trainers quitting early in their career is very high. In the be inspired network, it doesn't seem any better. Their niche and business model is that you pay weekly rent in exchange for personal trainer development. However, most trainers (Including myself) will say that these development sessions add nothing of value. Make sure you read the contract carefully as well as I've seen a lot of trainers get caught out. In my experience over the years around half of trainers will try to exit the contract early as they aren't earning enough money from clients to cover their rent and other expenses. Almost half of trainers will earn just enough for it to be worth it to stay in the gym + pick up a 2nd job. A small fraction will make a good living.
