The challengesHead office located in Singapore are completely out of touch with what is needed to effectively run an Australian business. Culturally they try to impose their ways onto the Australian staff. Their lack of local knowledge is a servre disadvantage which shows to impact the business through making bad recruitment choices. Lots of staff issues that are unresolved and a micro managing by managers
