The good thingsAustral Construction is a great place to work with a supportive team environment. Over the past 4 years I’ve learned a lot, with exposure across procurement through to project execution. You can really develop your career here, the company is supportive of growth and encourages you to progress. There are good training opportunities to upskill, as well as a mentoring program if you want to learn other areas of the business. The company is also family-friendly, offering flexible working arrangements like working from home 1–2 days a week.
The challengesIt’s a fast-paced environment, which can be demanding (but exciting) at times, but it also keeps things interesting and gives you the chance to take on new challenges and grow quickly in your role.
