    Massive professional growth in a small team driving a new brand
    The good thingsA small team of youthful, passionate people working hard to grow a dynamic new brand. Opportunities and exposure to many parts of the business and a culture where everyone has a voice. The coffee machine means everyone learns barista skills too!
    The challengesBeing a small team, sometimes there's a lot to get done and you do need to be flexible to step outside your role. Being a young brand, some company processes are still being established.
