Employees at ATPM appreciate the friendly team environment and interesting, varied nature of the work. The location of the offices is also seen as a positive, as is the improved company culture in recent years. Employee benefits, such as access to parks and resorts, are valued.

I would go back - it's a company on the up.
The good thingsThe team is awesome. It has been great to see the cultural change that has taken place over the past two years, into a place where you want to go to work. The products you market and work with vary greatly from small operators to large commercial products which makes work interesting and a fun challenge. Yet the company is still small enough that you can be fairly hands on which makes work diverse and fun. Also the perks around the company - seeing your parks and resorts and the locations they are in (on your own time but still your option), the office location itself with lunch overlooking the ocean, an awesome social club making sure you enjoy and are rewarded for your efforts and they are part of NRMA so looked after from their benefits too.
The challengesThe amount of work is huge and growing but the change in ownership/management has meant processes are continuously looked at and adjusted to minimise pointless tasks. As with any role in tourism, it is not just your product that affects its success (weather a major factor) so you need to stay on top of so many things to keep your properties above budgets.
