    I liked the fact that staff were encouraged to take responsibility
    The good thingsInnovative firm that constantly updated technology. I learnt the most at this organisation and the office environment was comfortable and modern.
    The challengesSystems were set up very well - as a new person you soon learnt that you needed to fend for yourself and learn new internal processes using online tools provided quickly.
