High Volumes with little management support
The good thingsWork from home opportunities and friendly colleagues.
The challengesThe culture of the business, particularly Affinity was very high volume with teams operating understaffed however expectations were to meet/exceed unrealistic sales results despite the resourcing and system issues. Management were also not supportive with training or assisting with large workload.
