The good thingsThere are some genuinely great people in the organisation.
The challengesLeadership lacks clear vision and the organisational structure keeps changing. In 2024 there were three rounds of redundancies, which created uncertainty and low morale. Despite this, the company continues to hire, which has confused many employees. Several experienced staff resigned due to the fear of further redundancies.
The company also advertises work-from-home flexibility, but in practice it depends on the manager. Some managers allow it while others don’t, leading to inconsistent experiences across teams.

Confusing due to constant position changes. My position was changed 1 week before starting, leaving me in a bad position as I had already left my previous employment.
The good thingsEngineering, Field and Workshop staff are some of the best people I have ever worked with.
The challengesWA management are toxic, and as another reviewer stated, "will bleed you dry". There is a very high staff turnover rate due to the ongoing issues in the workplace. The office has gone from a well-staffed passionate group to just a handful of people remaining, who are all looking at other employment.
